Not that FSD/robotaxi isn't going to be huge but I think most people still underestimate the plain auto business. If electric is really going to almost completely replace ICE, there are still hundreds of millions of ICE cars yet to be replaced by BEVs. Since auto makers outside China are falling further behind on EV plans, Tesla will take a large share of the market when they have a cheaper car.

Cars last longer than ever. We have a lot of cars on the road that are 20 years old. EV’s are not replacing all cars on the road within 10 years.

If Tesla is offering its own finance at 0.99% on the Model Y, how are interest rates an obstacle to Tesla sales??? They could do that on every model, and people would flock to Tesla.

If FSD is officially solved there will be no need for steering wheels then. And if that’s then there will be no such thing as fsd subscriptions because there won’t even be an option for one…fsd will be baked into the price of a car by that point

What reason is there to convert to subscribing to FSD after the trial? Like everyone, I'm looking forward to unsupervised FSD, but at this point the user is training the machine/AI, the user provides the value to Tesla. If you have to babysit the system while it is trained, shouldnt Tesla be paying the users here? My friend did the free trial and I asked him if it was worth subscribing and he flat out said "no". He described it as a party trick at this point. Im an investor, and I'm all for the extra revenue that FSD provides, even at this point, but the glaring question to me right now is what is the incentive for the user to buy or subscribe to FSD when it is the user who is providing the value to Tesla by training the AI? In my view it should be free or even compensated (create a crypto coin for it that translates into stock when it goes fully autonomous??). Am I way off??

Well, I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered and I don't know where to go here out of devastation.

Tesla currently holds $3 billion in cash, but Elon Musk plans to invest $10 billion in chip development and additional funds in the robotaxi project. The company has no new products on the horizon, is experiencing declining car sales, and facing reduced profit margins. Additionally, Musk intends to cash out his substantial paycheck. Given these factors, the stock rating: sell..no brainer
